Q. What sites can I buy from?
A. You can purchase goods from any US website e.g. E Bay, Gap, Old navy, Sephora, Victoria Secret etc.

Q. Where can I find the best prices?
A. Most online stores regularly offer free shipping, buy one get one half off sales or generous discounts Clearance sections offer excellent value especially in clothing items. There are also numerous coupon sites which can also offer substantial savings. As a member of USBC you will receive regular updates containing sales information coupons and special offers etc.

Q. What shipping company do you use?
A. We have arrangements in place with all the main shippers, ie. Fedex, UPS. DHL, but we find that USPS (Post Office) offers the best rates and the most favourable customs handling. If you need your packages in a short time frame a courier is preferable but is usually more expensive.

Q. How do I know when my package arrives at my US address?
A. We email you a notification when we receive each package.

Q. Who is reposnisble for Customs?
A. Member is solely responsible for any customs or duty taxes incurred.

A. We offer discounted rates from all the main shippers. Rates are based on size, weight and destination.

Q. How do I pay for shipping to Ireland?
A. When your package is ready to be shipped we will send you an invoice via paypal. If you have a prepaid card you can use up the balance towards shipping.

Q. Can you pay/estimate customs and vat?
A. Customs and taxes vary greatly depending on the items being shipped. Customs and excise taxes are collected by the main couriers plus 15% handling fee, this is not normally the case with the Post Office

A. It varies by country, the main courier companies and the USPS have up to date lists of prohibited items on their websites

Q. Why should I buy your prepaid card?
A. Most stores require purchases to be made with a US credit card. It decreases the possibility of fraud by not using your own credit card online. It offers the opportunity to be in control of what you buy, ie. take advantage of great deals when you see them.

Q. Do I have to use a USBC prepaid card?
A. No. We provide them to make shopping easier, safer and quicker. You can also use paypal or your own credit card or whatever method the site accepts. Note: using your own credit card will require you to add your US address as a secondary address. Contact your credit card provider for details.

Q. How do I check the balance on my Prepaid card?
A. Your balance can be found on the issuing bank website 24/7

Q. How do I get my US address?
A. It is emailed to you within 24 hrs of joining USBC
